Putting your application together

We often receive a high volume of applications when we advertise roles. If you’d like the best possible result, we suggest the following:

  • Submit an up-to-date resume (not exceeding 4 pages) highlighting your skills, qualifications and experience relevant to the role
  • Provide a statement describing how you meet the selection criteria outlined in the job advertisement (not exceeding 2 pages)

Essential requirements

In addition to role specific requirements, all new Southern Cross Housing staff must provide and maintain during their course of their employment:

  • Working with Children Check
  • Criminal record check providing suitable clearance to work with vulnerable members of the community
