If you want to appeal a decision Southern Cross Housing have made

In certain circumstances, you may want Southern Cross Housing to reconsider a decision that we have made. A copy of our Appeals Policy is here.

Appeals must be in writing. To do this, you can:

Contact your local office in person and complete an appeal form
Via post by writing to us at PO Box 785 Nowra NSW 2541

If you have lodged an Appeal and you are not happy with the way we handled it, you can refer it to the Housing Appeals Committee

If you have a complaint about a neighbour or a Southern Cross Housing employee

A copy of our Complaints Policy is here. If you complaint relates to an employee, you are encouraged to speak with them directly or to their Manager.

If you wish to record a complaint about a Southern Cross Housing tenant, or a Southern Cross Housing employee and you do not wish to speak with them directly:

Online by completing this

If you have lodged a Complaint and you are not happy with the way we handled it, you can refer it to the NSW Registrar of Community Housing
