Appeals must be in writing. To do this, you can:
Contact your local office in person and complete an appeal form
Via post by writing to us at PO Box 2351 Bomaderry NSW 2541
If you have lodged an Appeal and you are not happy with the way we handled it, you can refer it to the Housing Appeals Committee
A copy of our Complaints Policy is here. If you complaint relates to an employee, you are encouraged to speak with them directly or to their Manager.
If you wish to record a complaint about a Southern Cross Housing tenant, or a Southern Cross Housing employee and you do not wish to speak with them directly:
