The first step when considering Affordable Housing is checking your eligibility. Generally, your income will have to be between $49,547 (for a single person) and $117,806 (for a family of 2 adults and 3 children). It is important to be aware that your eligibility will be reviewed annually. If you cease to be eligible for Affordable Housing, you will have to move. If you are not eligible for your Affordable Housing we’ll explain your options, which may include private rental assistance or social housing.
