At Southern Cross Community Housing we do not offer Temporary or Emergency Housing but we are here to help. If you find yourself in need of emergency accommodation, just call into one of our offices and we will assist you with the forms you need to complete. We will also contact Housing NSW Crisis Accommodation and the Homeless Persons Information Centre for you, in order to secure you safe accommodation for the night. Our help also extends to connecting you with any of our partnered Community Support Groups who will assist you with much needed support. If our office is unattended, the following emergency contact numbers may be of assistance….

If you find yourself homeless and you have a pet that you are unable to care for temporarily, please contact us. The RSPCA operate a ‘Living Ruff’ program which is by referral only from a community organisation such as Southern Cross and is set up to look after pets when their owners find themselves in temporary or crisis accommodation and are actively seeking permanent housing.
